We take pride in offering quality journaling, scrapbooking, stamping, and stationery products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
- RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
• Be unused and in their original condition.
• Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
• Include all accessories, components, and promotional items originally received.
• Not show signs of misuse, damage, alteration, or excessive wear.
- NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
• Customized or personalized products.
• Gift cards.
• Clearance or final-sale items.
• Products damaged due to improper use by the customer.
- REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may apply before funds appear in your account.
- DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
• Order number.
• Description of the issue.
• Clear photographs showing the problem.
We will work quickly to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
- RETURN SHIPPING
If the return is due to our error, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
For customer-initiated returns, return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.
- CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if processing has not yet begun.
After fulfillment has started, cancellations may no longer be possible.
